Carl Jung felt that the western mind is so dominated by rational, intellectual and scientific approach to life that we often fail to listen to our intuitive inner voice which often manifests through irrational events or prompts from our unconscious.

Ancient Celtic spirituality and the Fifth Element.

Like in the Sahaja Yoga meditation technique, the Celts used the four elements (earth, fire, air and water) to keep themselves balanced. They believed in an invisible fifth element, that held the cosmos together. Music was believed to be the expression of this fifth element which was also used to connect with our Spirit, our inner-self.
